Fly2Sky, the Bulgarian ACMI and charter airline, delivered strong financial and operational growth in 2025, recording revenue of €96.1 million, a 47.8% increase from €65.0 million in 2024.

The financial performance was accompanied by a significant rise in operational activity. Fly2Sky recorded 28,336 block hours during the year, up 37% year on year. The airline carried 1.64 million passengers and operated 11,124 flights across its international network, representing a 24% increase in passenger numbers and a 6.6% increase in the number of flights compared with 2024.

Greater operational intensity and international reach

The airline has been growing its fleet and volume of operations actively and expanded from 4 aircraft in 2022 to 10 aircraft fleet in 2025. The increase in flight and block hours therefore reflects higher aircraft utilization, longer average missions and the evolving geographic profile of the airline’s ACMI operations.

During the year of 2025, Fly2Sky operations reached more than 180 airports across over 50 countries, underscoring the increasingly international nature of the company’s ACMI business. Among the airline’s most active destinations were Brussels, Sharm El Sheikh, Lagos, Tirana, Abuja, Istanbul, Algiers and Antalya, reflecting its activity across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Nearly three million passengers in two years

Between 2024 and 2025, Fly2Sky carried a combined 2,956,994 passengers, operated more than 21,500 flights and continued to support airline partners across a geographically diverse network.

While the airline’s network footprint remained broad in both years, the geographic distribution of its operations evolved significantly. In 2024, major destinations included Miami, Belgrade, Havana, Bucharest and Sharm El Sheikh. In 2025, operational activity increasingly shifted towards Brussels, West Africa, the Balkans, Türkiye and North Africa.

The development reflects the flexible nature of the ACMI model and Fly2Sky’s ability to deploy capacity in response to changing customer and market requirements.

Behind Fly2Sky’s financial and operational performance is an international team spanning flight operations, cabin crew, maintenance, operations control and corporate functions. The company will continue to focus on strengthening its operational capabilities, developing long-term airline partnerships and expanding its presence across key ACMI markets.
