Sales & Marketing Specialist

Fly2Sky has a great opportunity for an ambitious and talented Sales & Marketing specialist to join our team!


Generate and maintain sales activities/business relationships within aviation/travel industry and other potentially related industries

Represent the company in developing and managing aircraft leasing, ACMI & Charters, trading business. Identify potential opportunities and building strong relationship with customers and suppliers. Act as focal point and provide required support to meet their needs

Identify new customer’s leads and negotiate commercial terms of aviation related contracts including lease, ACMI/Charters and sales/purchase agreements

Manage assigned customers’, supplier accounts and projects, from start to end

Develop sales and marketing strategy in line with company corporate strategy and ensure its effective implementation

Conduct market research and provide market trends analyses for evaluation, decision making and effective market positioning/opportunity on relevant services (acquisitions, sales, leasing etc.)

Contribute to the development of corporate strategy, short and long-term objectives with conjunction of General Manager within aviation business


Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing

Relevant Bachelor/Master degree from a reputable local or foreign university

Excellent level of written and verbal English is a must – C1/C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational skills

High degree of flexibility




Experience in aviation/travel industry is a strong advantage


Language Proficiency
